The ZaarGear business was made after an unexpected passing of Zaar a very special Basenji. The business was made in Zaars honor by Troy LaPointe who along with his father have made leather dog leashes and collars for many years. Zaar is the tri color dog in the main picture on the website, Zaar has had a loyal following online before and after his passing, many basenji and dog lovers all over the world. Zaar is deeply missed, Cara my other basenji almost 16 years old wears Zaars collar daily. These collars and leashes are made with love.
